The role is expected to start from summer 2021, taking over from the Interim Independent Chair who has overseen the set-up of Kindred during 2020/21, alongside Kindred’s Core Team and an Interim Board.
The time commitment for the role is expected to be up to three days a month during Kindred’s set-up phase this year and, more typically, around two days month into next year, when Kindred is established.
