We’re looking for additional capacity to support the Kindred LCR CIC team to grow STOs, within the social economy of Liverpool City Region (LCR).
The new role includes acting as Lead with the BlaST (Black and Brown-led Social Traders) Network – a peer support network established by and for Black and Brown-led STOs, following Kindred investment.
As BlaST Network Lead you will have lived experience of working with people from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and the ambition to support the development and grow the impact of Black and Brown-led socially trading organisations within LCR’s growing social trading community. The successful candidate will be a positive self-starter with the ability to work independently and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
You will work as part of the Kindred team with support from the Kindred-LCR team, BlaST representatives, and the wider Kindred-LCR network.
Freelance contract rate: £225 per day
